At AuraGlow Lights, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for safety or hygiene reasons. These include:

Used or damaged products
Items not in original packaging
Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

Contact our customer support team at support@auraglowlights.com with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide instructions and a return authorization if eligible.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to the address provided.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges

Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
